I had experience working for Ali Baba as an international relations agent. There, I was responsible for developing the sales system across product distribution regions and also developing service delivery networks. It was a tremendous experience working for such a large company.

After opening the mobile operator, the company was struggling with staffing issues, and I was asked to train the new staff. I was not only responsible for training, but also ultimately recruiting new staff and training existing employees. It was also in this position that I became a Team Leader. It was a very rewarding experience.

In total, I worked for Tinkoff Bank for 2.5 years. During this time, I managed both a team leader and a regular employee. I resolved conflicts related to technical issues with the online application and made financial decisions based on receipts and payment dates. I also participated in the application's development and the implementation of new payment technologies.
