Duties:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project goals, , timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing direction, guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels to manage their expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success, develop risk mitigation strategies, and monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets and implement cost-control measures to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
• Scheduling: Develop project schedules and deadlines, track progress to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and open communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address project issues and challenges, using problem-solving skills and collaboration with stakeholders to find effective solutions.

Duties:

• User Research: Conducting user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize and iterate on the design concepts.
• UI Design: Designing the user interface elements such as buttons, menus, and navigation systems.
• Interaction Design: Defining how users interact with the interface elements to accomplish tasks.
• Responsive Design: Designing interfaces that are responsive and adaptable to different screen sizes and devices.

• Development: Develop simple mobile apps using Livecode programming language
• Development: Create mobile games using Livecode programming language

• Design Foundations: Set the main design concepts and styles for Playland Armenia game app
• Game Designing: Design the main environment for the platform,
• Game Designing: Design multiple games, such as Carpet game, Crossword, Word Maze, Chess and several others to include those in Playland Armenia,
• Character Creating: Design the main cat character and its clothing,
• Project Flowchart: Work with the team to create game flow and navigation through clean UI
