During my two years at MasterMaths Walvis Bay, I had many tutoring and administrative responsibilities.

As a tutor, I was expected to:

• Assist students in grades 3 to 12 struggling with Mathematics.
• Assist students in grades 9-10 struggling with Physical Science.
• Assist the lead tutor with planning the students' lessons.
• Monitor each student's progress and give feedback to the lead tutor to provide the best assistance.

My administrative responsibilities included:

• Prepare the students' workbooks and stationery.
• Organizing and filing student contracts, learning material, and previous tests and exam papers.
• Sending invoices and receipts to students' parents.
• Maintaining the working conditions of the computers the students used during their lessons.
• Sorting out the business's receipts and entering relevant information into an Excel spreadsheet for tax purposes.

Due to Covid-19, I was only able to work for two weeks at Medixx Occupational Health Services before lock down regulations were put into place. During that time I had the following responsibilities:

• Sorted and classified documents into appropriate filing systems for increased traceability.
• Monitored and updated filing systems to meet organization standards.
