I am a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for continuous learning and a proven ability to handle challenges under pressure. I strongly rely on my academic background and hands-on experience in the fields of education and management.
I support pediatric patients during medical procedures through interactive robotic interventions designed to reduce distress and promote cooperation. Partnering with clinical psychology teams, I:
My work bridges clinical practice with innovative tools to improve the patient experience for children in medical settings.
In my position as Projects Assistant at EduHub, I work on logistics, project coordination, supervise the activities of team members, and coordinate resources for the support of projects. I develop and apply project schedules and communicate between the project team and the involved parties while maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports. I do contingency planning, quality checking of all outputs, and assist the project and the technical work teams in troubleshooting and problem resolution processes. I interact with project participants and involved parties often to ensure that their satisfaction is achieved. So far, I have managed the coordination of two important projects, ‘Local Media Matters’ and ‘Engage Caucasus,’ which are long-term projects co-organized by the German Institute of Media and Communication Policy with the support of the German Foreign Office.
During my internship at Usmunq School, I worked with second-grade students, applying pedagogical methods I had learned, such as active observation and conducting projective techniques. These skills helped me assess personality traits, analyze social situations, observe class structure, and identify problematic relationships among students, including cases of bullying.
At the Zatik Child Assistance Center, which is also considered an orphanage, I volunteered as a jewelry-making teacher and teaching assistant. I worked with children aged 8 to 17, mainly teaching them painting, sculpture, and jewelry making. In this role, I also fulfilled key responsibilities typically associated with social work, providing emotional support and addressing the needs of the children. During those 2 years, I prevented one suicide case, developed strong skills in managing challenging situations, and ensured the well-being of the children under my supervision.
