My coaching philosophy focuses on nurturing creative, intelligent, skillful and confident players through a modern development model. Football must be enjoyable for all participants, regardless of their playing level. By prioritizing enjoyment, we help young players reach their potential and uncover future football talents., Children learn best by playing. Training revolves around game situations, particularly small-sided games 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 providing more touches, passes, goal-scoring and defensive opportunities., Players rotate through all positions, learning to defend, attack and maintain possession, becoming well-rounded football players., Training includes 2 or more small goals to enhance decision-making skills, awareness and peripheral vision., Valuing players’ decisions boosts their confidence and judgment on the pitch., By avoiding criticism for mistakes, young players develop resilience and a growth mindset, leading to fewer mistakes as they mature.
